Houses of Parliament
We are subcontracted for the maintenance of the Houses of Parliament throughout the year and especially with the preparations for the opening of Parliament in February of each year. This maintenance includes abseiling to wash all or parts of the buildings, high pressure cleaning of roads, courtyards, stairs and statues. Unblocking and cleaning of gutters, drains and down pipes. Cleaning of bird netting and excrement.

Chevron Refinery
Work scope included tank cleaning, cleaning of oil spills, equipment washing, rapid drainage systems & fin fans.

2010 Cape Town Stadium
Water Way Industrial Cleaners were proud to be part of the many teams that made the 2010 Cape Town Stadium possible. Our scope of work covered jet washing 72 fields of bird proofing; pressure cleaning the top gutters and cat walk as well as the cleaning of the stadium roofs. We were subcontracted by Birdair Inc and Pfeifer Seil-Und Hebetechnik GmbH

Office Property Portfolios
We are contracted to a number of property managers to do a variety of cleaning and maintenance of buildings and sites that are either owned or managed by them. These jobs include external cleaning of entire buildings, internal cleaning and maintenance of atriums, parking areas (including under cover), brickwork, pathways and refuse areas. Our clients include Growth Point, Old Mutual, Permanent Trust, Broll Property Group, Granbuild and Bromar to name a few.

Factories
Cleaning varies from intense degreasing of factory floors to prepare for epoxy painting to general cleaning

Marine Services
High pressure cleaning of equipment arriving or departing on cargo ships has been carried out for Belmet Marine, Portnet & Trans Ocean shipping.

Wine Farms
We are contracted to a company to clean wine farms. Work of this nature normally involves general cleaning to pressure cleaning of wine vats to prepare for season.

Hotels and bed & breakfast
General cleaning for smaller establishments i.e. brickwork and pathways, however for a number of the large hotel chains we do a monthly maintenance of drains (kitchen & sewerage) and fat traps. We are contracted to The Bay Hotel in Camps Bay to do a monthly sewer and drain cleaning maintenance service.

Shopping Centres
Constantia Village, Plumstead Pick 'n Pay, Wellington Pick 'n Pay & N1 City. General cleaning of brickwork, parking and refuse areas.
